VC(Vapor Chamber) is also known as the average heat plate. It is a vacuum Chamber with a fine inner wall. It is usually made of copper.
When the heat is transmitted from the heat source to the VC cavity, the cooling liquid in the cavity begins to produce gasification phenomenon after being heated. Liquid gasification absorbs heat, and the volume expands rapidly to fill the entire cavity. When the gas working medium contacts a relatively cold area, condensation will occur, and the heat absorbed before is released by condensation.
The CONDENSED COOLANT IS RETURNED TO THE EVAPORATIVE HEAT SOURCE THROUGH a CAPILLARY TUBE (CAPILLARY FORCE IS THE DRIVING FORCE FOR THE WHOLE CYCLE), AND THE PROCESS IS REPEATED IN THE CHAMBER.
